LOST BUT FOUND
LOST BUT FOUND
Lost but found Careless owner (Smiles). Back then in the Primary school, I remember I normally chant this song any time I find an item on the floor which does not belong to me.
Did you also sang the song back in the days? (giggles)
The memories of the past sometimes begin us to a state of joy, happiness and excitement and sometimes could also bring a state of sadness. Above all, The Almighty God deserves to be praised. You are a living soul. I am not sharing my primary school life experience today. I am going to tell a story of a young boy. There are lots of lessons to learn from this story. I advice you to read carefully and don't forget to share the message afterwards.
I visited a supermarket to purchase some items. Just as I stepped into the Shop, a young boy entered, holding a black bag. He went straight to the Woman who is the shop attendant. He wanted to buy five bottles of Pepsi.
While the woman was fetching the Pepsi, something happened unexpectedly. The money for the item could not be found.
Here is the problem, the woman saw the boy holding the money before she turned. Nobody went close to the boy and he never left the shop. Alas! The money could not be found.
Then, the ultimate search began, both the boy and the woman started looking for the money. Though it was broad daylight, she gave the boy a touch light to make the search easier.
The boy was already sweating profusely. I believe different thoughts would be going through his innocence Brain. Probably, a question and answer drill up there. I am sure he is afraid of his fate at home. Maybe, the mother is a disciplinarian to the core or the Father has a doctorate degree in flogging. The woman didn't help the matter at all. Different words were flowing from her mouth from insult to correction. Coupled with the Hot words from the woman and the fear of what will happened if the money wasn't found, the boy couldn't help but to burst into tears. He couldn't hold it anymore.
Then, I heard the Holy Spirit speaking, help that boy. Honestly, I wanted to mind my own business. I don't want a situation where I would be mentioned as an high witness and would be interrogated from both parties. Can you picture my thoughts?
The boy's mother will want me to support here, yet the woman will want me to vindicate her. I don't want _wahala_
Immediate I took a step forward, the Holy Spirit told me that the money is inside the bag. How on earth would the money be inside the bag! The woman might have checked it.
I went straight to the boy. Immediately he saw me, his face was brightened. Perhaps, a Savior has arrived. (giggles)
I asked him just one question. How much are you looking for? He replied; #500. I collected the bag from him and I opened it. Behold, the #500 was right inside the bag, smiling at me.
I removed the money and handed it over to the boy. He beeped with a smile. Oh! The storm is over. This brought an end to their ultimate search.
